We loved the spacious and comfortable room with a great view. The hotel provided us with complementary tea that was a nice touch. The staff was very accommodating and fluent in English, which made our check-in and check-out process effortless. This city has a ton of nearby stores, so everything we needed was conveniently close.
No negatives from this place.

The room was immaculate, with a pleasant surprise of a Gideon's Bible on the nightstand. There were plenty of nearby convenience stores and shops within walking distance, making our city break much more enjoyable. having a non-smoking property really improved our overall experience.

My xmas stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room had more space than I expected and the bed was clean and cozy. I also appreciated the complementary tea and the easy check-in and check-out process. the location was convenient with plenty of nearby stores to explore.
I wish there was a drinking fountain in the room as the two bottles of water provided were not enough. the cleanliness could have been better as some areas had dust and chipped wallpaper.

The staff at E Lim Hotel was extremely accommodating and their English fluency was impressive. The room was clean and spacious, exceeding my expectations. The complimentary bottle of green tea was a refreshing touch. I highly recommend this hotel.
